Important: If you decide to commercialize your game yourself, it is recommended to register a trademark for protecting its title. In such cases it is also necessary to register a design patent for the game board. If however you plan to cede the exploitation rights to a third party, it is recommended that you do not register the title or design of the board as this will be decided and done by the licensee.
